Wave is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join their growing team. The role involves creating high-quality designs, prototypes, and interactions for mobile apps on iOS and Android, working closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and data analysts. The designer will contribute to Wave’s design system, craft user research plans, and communicate design decisions effectively. This is a fully remote role with options for travel to African markets twice a year, providing an opportunity to make financial services more accessible and inclusive across Africa. Requirements include 7-8 years of in-house product design experience, fluency in English, excellent visual and interaction skills, and ability to prototype both low and high-fidelity designs.
