About the position
Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Digital Product Manager to join our Sales and Events Digital Product Team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Digital Product and Events teams, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. You will be part of a team passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills and building connections with stakeholders, colleagues, and guests across the organization. As a Digital Product Manager, you will lead the development, prioritization, execution, and delivery of Hyatt digital experiences in the Sales and Events space. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing the delivery of enterprise digital products with clear goals and desired outcomes while receiving guidance and coaching from the Director of Product Management and/or Group Product Manager. Your responsibilities will include developing a strategic roadmap for the products managed, focused on desired outcomes, leading day-to-day product management activities in partnership with teammates in Engineering and Design roles, and writing agile user epics and stories that break down complex experiences into tactical steps to build digital products iteratively. You will also maintain and enhance existing digital products to maximize opportunity, deliver long-term value, and be a good product steward. Measuring and reporting on product performance (both quantitative and qualitative) will be crucial, as well as delivering insights about product use and making informed decisions with data and experience. You will communicate product strategy and development updates to Digital and Sales and Events leadership and internal stakeholders, and you will have opportunities to participate in Hyatt’s Diversity & Inclusion activities.
Responsibilities

Requirements
• 3 years of experience in Digital Product or Program Management, or other equivalent business/function role
,
• Bachelor’s degree or other equivalent work experience
,
• Proficient digital web background, with prior experience delivering enterprise-level products and experiences
,
• Experience with digital product management systems such as JIRA, Adobe Analytics, Splunk
,
• Experience in hospitality or B2B is a plus
