About the position
As a Fulfillment and Buy Box-focused Product Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing our retail operations and enhancing the customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, data scientists, and business leaders, to drive the success of our eCommerce platform. Your primary focus will be on fulfillment processes and ensuring our products consistently win the Buy Box. In terms of Fulfillment Strategy, you will develop and execute strategies to improve order processing, warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping preparation. Your goal will be to optimize fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet customer expectations. Regarding Buy Box Optimization, you will need to understand the factors that influence the Buy Box algorithm, such as pricing, availability, and shipping speed. Collaborating with merchandising teams will be essential to ensure our products consistently win the Buy Box. You will analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes accordingly. You will also define the vision and long-term strategy for fulfillment and Buy Box performance, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and effort, aligning with overall business goals. Working closely with stakeholders will be crucial to ensure successful execution of these initiatives. In the realm of User Experience and Analytics, you will use data-driven insights to enhance the customer experience throughout the fulfillment process. Monitoring key performance metrics related to fulfillment and Buy Box performance will be part of your responsibilities, as will continuously iterating and improving based on user feedback and data analysis. Finally, you will conduct regular product reviews with business leaders and senior executives, ensuring effective communication with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and buy-in.

Requirements
• 5+ years of Product Management experience

• 3+ years omnichannel, ecommerce, and systems development experience

• Retail industry experience

• Experience working in the product space focused on fulfillment, buy box, and supply chain

• Ability to develop product strategies by understanding key business objectives; diagnosing and mapping requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project null
