We are seeking a technically proficient Product Manager to own and evolve our Scenarios journey orchestration feature. You will drive real-time, API-triggered campaign use cases by building scalable, event-driven workflows, enabling brands to automate responsive, high-performing customer journeys. The role offers a starting salary of 4000 € per month, stock options, and other benefits, with flexible working arrangements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Define and evolve the product vision for orchestrating journeys and real-time triggered campaign capabilities.
– Conduct market analyses to identify high-impact features, use cases, and competitive differentiation grounded in measurable outcomes.
– Align stakeholders (engineering, design, GTM, partners) around strategic objectives and delivery timelines.
– Translate complex, real-world marketing workflows into abstracted, reusable platform components (e.g., API triggers, decision nodes, data filters).
– Define API contracts, payload schema requirements, and data validation logic.
– Partner with engineering to ensure performance and scalability of high-throughput event-based triggers.
– Collaborate with technical teams to make informed trade-offs between functional needs and non-functional requirements.
– Collaborate with engineering, design, and product marketing teams to ship high-quality, customer-centric features.
– Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces for campaign creation.
– Support GTM teams with product value propositions and launch strategies.
**Requirements:**
– 5+ years in product management, especially in marketing automation or customer journey platforms.
– Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, real-time event processing, data schemas, and scalable system design.
– Familiarity with marketing technologies, data segmentation, and personalization techniques.
– Strategic mindset with the ability to balance technical depth and business outcomes.
– Data analysis skills, trend identification, and decision-making capabilities.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
