This role will have the option to be in a Work From Near (Hybrid) capacity based out of our Vancouver, BC office OR in a Work From Anywhere (Remote) BC, CA capacity. Travel (up to 20%) to events, clients and TELUS Digital’s offices is required.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning of our GenAI customer experience (CX) product suite. Ideal candidates will have deep experience in contact center or in-house support operations, a strong B2B SaaS background, and a track record of launching AI-driven CX solutions. You’ll translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for enterprise buyers and enable go-to-market teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Responsibilities include conducting market intelligence on GenAI trends in CX, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling content and thought leadership, enabling sales through partnership with sales and product teams, and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications include 5+ years in product marketing or similar roles within enterprise B2B SaaS (preferably in CX tech), extensive knowledge of contact center operations and BPO market dynamics, expertise in positioning AI and ML solutions, strong understanding of CX KPIs, and proven experience in creating marketing content and managing demand campaigns. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for emerging technologies are essential.

The position is eligible for an annual performance bonus with a salary range of CAD $110,400 – $138,000. The role may be hybrid or remote with travel up to 20%.
