We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager, AI Productivity Operations to help drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI through three core initiatives: the AI Productivity Initiative, the AI Center of Excellence (CoE), and the AI Champions Program—a cross-functional leadership body and executive task force shaping our enterprise AI strategy. This pivotal role requires a rare blend of technical fluency, programmatic rigor, and organizational savvy. You will be at the helm of driving high-impact AI programs and their constituent projects that scale productivity, accelerate capability building, and ensure governance and alignment at the highest levels of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage and support the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) for the AI Productivity Initiative, a dual-purpose initiative that builds internal enablement pathways
– Co-Design and execute structured onboarding, capability building, events and executive reporting processes for the AI CoE and AI Productivity Initiative
– Build and manage the processes and knowledge-sharing systems of the AI Productivity Team, ensuring cross-functional alignment and delivery.
– Act as a liaison between IT and functional department throughout all phases of the program delivery process
– Define and track KPIs tied to adoption, quality, and performance of deployed AI Productivity Programs
– Support and contribute to roadmap and delivery planning processes
– Perform a broad variety of tasks in support of the role and responsibilities.

**Requirements:**
– 6–10+ years of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, or enablement
– Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs that blend strategy, technical delivery, and change management.
– Familiarity with enterprise AI tools and platforms, including risks, governance models, and implementation best practices.
– Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to drive alignment among senior leaders, product/engineering teams, and business units.
– Experience building or supporting executive councils, CoE, digital transformation programs is a strong plus.
– Comfortable working across multiple time zones, with an emphasis on US East Coast hours.
– Proven ability to manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, with extensive experience using project and program management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, Jira, Smartsheet, task lists, roadmap tools).

**Salary Range:**
– Region 1: $126,000 – $157,000
– Region 2: $115,000 – $144,000
– Region 3: $108,000 – $135,000
